Add On Features
EPP

Our Equipment Protection Plan covers accidental damage, static discharge or electrical surges for the subscriber unit, cabling and power supply. Any associated labor to replace these items is also covered.
Leased Residential Router
$7.95
With our leased routers we will help you configure and troubleshoot router problems on you LAN network, leased routers are also covered by us if the unit fails. If it fails under normal use conditions we will replace it. Residential routers are Wi-Fi capable and are recommended for homes under 2000 sq ft.
Premium Support
$7.95
Premium support is included with business internet packages but is an add on for the residential packages. This includes 24/7 support from our customer service staff
Bridge Package
$15 (pair)
If you need a bridge to get service to your shop or house, or want to extend services beyond the location of your router this is the add on for you. The bridge package cover's support for 1 wireless bridge link, updates, adjustments and radio replacement. If you are needing multiple bridge links just let us know and we can design a plan for you.

Longer range equipment may be needed to provide the desired speed package when the customer is further from one of our CDP towers. This will be thoroughly covered during the site survey/installation. All plans come with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee, if you are not happy with our service we will refund the amount paid during setup and installation and remove our equipment. Our standard installation fees are $200. However sometimes we do offer a $50 installation credit. All residential plans are no contract, any non-standard installation will be quoted on a case-by-case basis. The use of specialty tripods, roof mounts or long cable runs can be subject to an additional cost. . At the time of setup and installation you will be responsible for any installation and extra equipment cost and prorated portion on first months plan premium. NTX Fiberwave uses Carrier Grade NAT, as does many Internet Service Providers (ISP). This simply means that your public IP address can and will change from time to time. Customers who require port forwarding, online game hosting or remote access to their devices will need to purchase a static IP address. These are made available for a $12 monthly fee.
